Sara F. Khosroabadi
Attorney
Sara Khosroabadi is a licensed attorney in the State of California and Nevada. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and a board member of the Iranian American Bar Association.
Sara’s passion in life has always been to help people. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University in 2008.
After getting her BA in Psychology, she worked for a consumer protection law firm, where she was inspired to become an attorney herself. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, in 2014.
While at California Western School of Law, she earned the Diversity Scholarship, was active in many of the diversity organizations on campus, and became President of the Beaumont Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
While at Hyde & Swigart, she helped many consumers settle their claims against various creditors, collection agencies, and credit bureaus, including Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, for identity theft and credit reporting inaccuracies. She has helped many consumers settle their claims against Volkswagen during the 2015 Emission Scandal. She also filed class action lawsuits against companies like Blue Apron and Birchbox for deceptive auto-renewal practices. Sara has filed consumer protection lawsuits for credit reporting inaccuracies and Identity theft, in addition to filing lawsuits against employers and settling six-figure matters for her clients.
